As a potential holiday home owner, you probably have many questions relating to your first purchase. Here is a list of questions that we get frequently asked:

When can I use my caravan?

Any time you like during the season. We will give you the opening and closing dates and you can come and go as you please – weekends, weeks or longer breaks

Can I live in my caravan as my only home?

No – it’s for holiday use only. You will need to have a main residence away from the park, though this need not be in the UK

Can I choose where I have my caravan on the park?

Yes – you’ll be given a guided tour of the park and shown the locations that are available to you.

Are other people allowed to use my caravan?

Absolutely – it’s your holiday home and you can let family and friends use it, visit and stay with you. You may choose to let out your caravan as a valuable additional income.

Are there additional charges after I’ve bought my caravan?

Apart from utility bills and insurance, you pay an annual pitch fee; this contributes towards the running costs of the parks and includes water usage and local authority rates.

Are there different types of caravan available?

Yes they range from 28ft to 39ft long in various widths. All are fully equipped, it’s just down to you size and layout suits you best.

Can you help with the financial arrangements?

Yes – as a licensed credit broker we can advise on the best way to finance your purchase. Working with recognised lenders we can offer a range of flexible, competitive finance packages. Finance is available subject to status written details are available on request

How often can I change my caravan?

You can upgrade your caravan whenever you like. We always have a wide selection of new and pre-owned models available. Just ask at the Sales Office and they will be happy to help.

I have a caravan on another park, can I part exchange it?

Yes - we welcome owners from other parks and will value your current caravan as a part exchange for you to join us.

How long can I keep my caravan on park?

We guarantee a minimum of 10 years for a new caravan and thereafter by mutual agreement. We do find however, that many of our customers opt for a newer model before this time.

How quickly can we move in?

We can normally arrange for you to move in within two weeks of receiving your deposit.
